Hello Everyone! I have had an awesome discovery this past week and I am happy to share with everyone. I have found the Misfit Market(https://www.misfitsmarket.com/?gclid=Cj0KCQjw0pfzBRCOARIsANi0g0uGa65MtnsayKKyJvswToXkj1vOprQ1PvsFErZVXMToujDkV3vHhU8aArnhEALw_wcB)
. This is an online market where veggies that are considered ugly are sold in big boxes. This is the weird looking broccoli or the short cucumber that can’t be sold in stores because we don’t always love the look of them. They are perfectly good veg, but we are just too judgmental.
So, there are a lot of reasons to love this service. This vegetable box is cheaper than buying vegetables at the store. $22 for 10 pounds of quality food is really hard to beat. This type of service cuts down on food waste. The vegetables that they send in the box would be thrown away because they don’t look “pretty” enough. They send the food directly to your house which cuts down on travel time for grocery shopping!
