Starting Again

Hello All Horatio here!

It has been a while since I have posted. As many people knew I have hurt my knee during marathon training. As of right now I am going to try a different form of exercise to help build up so bulk, biking!

For the next couple of weeks I have decided to do some biking. Start training for a long ride, much like I was training for a marathon. I’ll post more about it once I officially start in the next couple of days.
