I made a terrible mistake all! I started to workout again. I was talking to my friend who is trying to start up her own personal training business. She is wicked good at what she does. So I said sure, I would love a personal workout plan! I gave her all my stats and she churned out this fantastic plan. This Monday I started the work out plan.
It started out simple. I can adjust it however I want too with weights and ways to work around my bad knee. I did my squats. I did the chair sits and all the awesome workout bits for day one. Then I stretched and took a nice hot shower. I felt awesome. I woke up this morning and I could not walk. I felt stiff and sore and holy smokes it’s been a day of work. The steps hurt. Walking long distances hurt! This work out will change my life but damn I gotta say I will be feeling it!
