Hello. I did a 30 min run today. Or I had planned to but I was 20 minutes into the run when the sky let loose. Rain isn’t bad to run in but this rain was making visibility non-existent and I was slipping around as I ran.
When running taking some time off or not doing a full run isn’t the worst thing in the world. Things happen and the idea is you working the mental & physical muscles 💪 is the most important thing.
Today is also leg day workout so that kept me busy too.
