Training Log 3/21/2024

Hiya! End of the week always makes me feel insanely tired. Friday is my big rest day ya know so by Thursday is that last pushy until I can sleep in until 7am! So what I have today!

Run:
~35 minutes
~ 3.04 miles

Weights:
~30 minutes
~Arm Day

Biking:
~1 hour 30 min (maybe)
~40km or 25 miles

Wish me luck here! I may need to get caffeine shots to get through the day
