Another day, another bunch of work! Never a dull moment and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Biking (Indoor):
~1 hour 30 minutes
~20 miles

Weight lifting:
~33 minutes
~Leg Day!

Running:
~42 minutes
~Yasso 800’s
~4.2 miles

Pole:
~2 hours
~2 classes at the local studio
