Horatios Race Efforts

Training Log 3/19/2024

Hello! I am training for a whole bunch of races. Currently, the two huge races for 2024 are a half Ironman in July and my 50 miler Ultramarathon in August. I have been training a bit and I wanted to share what I have been doing on the daily.

Run:
~52 Minutes
~ 3.41 Miles

Strength:
~ 34 Minutes
~ Arm day

Feels: Legs are a little sore today, nothing a good stretch couldn’t help. I still have a headache, day 4 for the win. I am hoping it gets better so I am taking a break from my swim today and an early nap.
